possibly the final update for him
things changed/added:
-added lego bits to his legs to bulk them up
-gave him a scarf to represent this [link] and to also resemble his drawn version
-changed his back to be more sleek
-gave a modified SMG gun (still uses his robot arm gun, this gun is for quick shooting)
- he is more based off of Raiden from metal gear rising [link]
-Hirakuo's theme is a combination between cyber-assassin, and a bit of steampunk

Looks good. How well can his arms move with all that bulkiness. I don't quite get an "assassin" look from him, he looks more like he'd be a swift but powerful warrior, like on a battle field or something. Give him a big broad sword and he looks like he'd be able to wield it pretty well. I think to go more "assassin" he'd need to be sleeked down more in the arms and legs. That's just my personal opinion. Ninjas and assassins travel lightly, and he definitely doesn't look like he's doing that. Overall it looks fine, but as an assassin Hirakuo seems needlessly weighed down by armor and extra stuff.
When Matteo is in assassin mode, he loses the cane, bag and anything else he's carrying, its just him the knife on his belt(which is small and isn't loose) and his blood letters are his only real weapon. The knife he uses for throwing if needed. The extra gear is cool, but I recommend making it a little more easily removable, or "ditchable."

yeah i can see how hed give off a warrior impression i might might change it to that.
as for removable parts i can assure you that most of his accessories are removable without making him look empty but if you mean armor then ill work on that.
for the arms he is actually quite poseable, i'll do a poseablity chart and show you.

Oh okay. You may want to present him in "modes" Kind of like what I did with Matteo. There's sort of "day Matteo" where he's carrying everything but the kitchen sink, then there's "night Matteo" where he's got nothing but what he needs for his job.

Being able to remove the accessories would help, but his armor does still have a look of being needlessly weighing for an assassin. I think if you did change it more to him being a straight up warrior, then it suits that look just fine. Warriors do wear bulkier clothing and armor.

Thanks. That'd help. Also, keep in mind what your actual picture sizes are going to be when you make your collages. I typically don't resize the images, make the collages, then resize the whole thing. Well actually I resize the images from 4000X3000 which is what my camera takes, but that's really large, so I take it down 50%(2000X1500) and use that as my standard image size.
